Places for People (PFP) build homes and sustainable communities. This includes providing care and support for people with specific needs, victims of domestic abuse, and those who have been homeless.

Throughout the year PFP holds several large events and conferences, for tenants who live in the company’s housing projects and those looking to move to a PFP property.

Previously, the group managed and booked all event travel in-house. This was a challenge, as attendees require transport from a wide range of locations, and many need assistance and adapted vehicles to collect them from the nearest railway station.

With transportation needs becoming more complex and resource intensive, PFP appointed Cabfind to facilitate customer journeys for all conferences and events.

With coverage across the UK, Cabfind provides transport which includes full disabled access and assistance service – from local taxis, to coaches taking 100s of customers to an event at any one time.
