Over 600 taxi and private hire firms across the UK have teamed up with CabFind to provide registered members with alternative booking options which are personlised to you and avoid you having to wait in a telephone queue at busy times.

Members bookings are routed directly into your preferred taxi firm's control centre, with each booking being responded to as a matter of priority, by one of your preferred taxi firm's agents.

Member bookings using online tool

On Line Booking Tools Once registered you will have access to your very own personalised online booking application.

You login securely by entering your email address and password and you will be able to make ASAP and advance bookings with your favourite taxi firm.

Bookings are made easy by simply selecting your pick-up and drop-off locations from your own personalised address book. Other features include a full booking archive, editable special requirement drop-down list and interactive messaging tool for booking enquiries.

Member bookings using Text-a-Taxi

Text - a - Taxi Text-a-Taxi is the new way to book a taxi if you're in a noisy place or the signal on your mobile is intermittent.

Once registered you will be prompted to enter your favourite locations into your own personalised address book and give each one a short name such as "home" or "work"

Then the next time you want a taxi to pick you up at one of these locations you simply type the "taxi" followed by your short name - along with the time you wish it to arrive (24 hr clock format i.e. 20:00) - and then send it to 81810. You will then receive a confirmation text containing your booking reference.
