Various shifts available include full time, night shifts and twelve hour shifts with the potential of overtime.
Working with our operations team, the role of Contact Centre Agent is to effectively manage communications from both Cabfind clients and Cabfind suppliers ensuring the best possible levels of service are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to Cabfind’s premier customer’s whilst managing their ground transportation requirements. Assisting the team leader in the delivery of service to our customers, the candidate will be responsible for taking ground transportation bookings from Cabfind’s customers.
The day to day role will involve liaising with Cabfind’s network of UK suppliers when making bookings, changes or enquiries and tracking existing bookings to ensure service delivery to our customers is maintained.
Working in accordance with the Data Protection Act, you will work as part of a team to deliver the best possible service to our customers, alongside other administrative tasks as directed.
- IT proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- National geographical knowledge is desirable
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to accurately input data
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent
